Biography

Katy Petkovich, Mortgage Loan Processing Manager, she is known for getting the job done and making sure every loan closes smooth and fast as possible. She has been in the mortgage business for 17 years and has been a part of Bank of England since 2015. She began her mortgage career as a receptionist and through the years she has been a Loan Processor, Doc Drawer, Funder and even tried being in sales as a loan officer for a while. Katys motivation is to make sure every file gets closed that comes in to her processing department.

Katy is a huge Portland Trail Blazer fan, she has been a season ticket holder since 2008 and enjoys going to all the games with her son Ashton and her Boyfriend Gabe. In the off season her and her Family enjoy boating and camping and spending time with Friends and Family in the Sun.
